It calls for a complete change in your mindset, a change to be more open to understanding and accepting of people who bring to the table a different orientation and view of life. Helen Fagan has lived in the world of intercultural interaction and as I’ve gotten to know her, she’s helped me as I have worked with people from other parts of the world in my business and as one of the curators of a local TED event interacting with hundreds of curators throughout the world.
