I have a passion for leadership development because I have a mission to create a better tomorrow. Whether it be personal or professional, when I know I am using my leadership gifts to grow other leaders in empathy and intercultural competence, I find peace and pride in knowing I’m doing what I can to create a desirable future.
My family and friends are easily the most important people in my life. I grew up with a large extended family, and those cousins quickly became my sisters and best friends.
As an enneagram three, I’m constantly looking for ways to be productive through work, and learning and challenging myself to do more. But in between my many projects, I spend time with my people, hanging out, doing any sort of activity, traveling to new states and sites, and enjoying each others’ company. On my own, I am a big fan of listening to music, especially Taylor Swift, and going on walks outdoors.
