This work is important to me because it gives people an appreciation of others who are different from them. It makes me hope that people can and desire to understand and appreciate the differences in themselves and others. As a leader, I strive to make others feel seen and valued for their unique contributions.
My wife, kids, grandkids and our wonderful extended family…we are close-knit and I really am grateful for that.
I enjoy hanging out with family and friends. We just got a camper and have it on a lake. I really like the idea of relaxing there more as the months go on. I also have a 1964 Rivera and am enjoying seeing it be refurbished (I don’t have the skills to do it), so we can enjoy it with our family and friends.
